Minute Two: Concept2 Row (15 Calories Men / 12 Women)
Minute Three: Assault Bike (12 Calories Men / 7 Women)

Maximum Repetition Kettlebell Swings in 90 Seconds (53lb . / 35lb.)
Rest 90 Seconds
Maximum Repetition Kettlebell Swings in 60 Seconds
Rest 60 Seconds
Maximum Repetition Kettlebell Swing in 30 Seconds
