Note: On todays session, athletes will choose between repetition schemes of either 1,2,3 etc., 2,4,6 etc., or 3,6,9 etc. Choose a repetition scheme that will challenge you! In the event you are not able to make the required rep’s in any round, the workout will transition to an AMRAP for the remaining minute(s). The Power Snatch station will take place on the Grinder.
