Today we are going to do a fun and challenging Team Workout!

10 Rounds (5 Rounds Each) Of:
100 Meter Sprint
10 Deadlifts
10 Bar Facing Burpees

Note: 155lb. for men and 95lb. for women on the Deadlift. We’ll be sprinting our Coffeetopia loop. One Athlete will complete a round and then “tag” their partner.
