Today we have a fun and challenging team workout. This workout was “vetted” by our advanced crew, so get ready!

20 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
150 Meter Sprint (Coffeetopia Loop)
7 Front Squats (135lb. / 95lb.)
7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
7 Handstand Push-ups

Note: Teams of two with only one Athlete working at a time. One Athlete will complete an entire round of the workout, then “tag” their partner. 150 meter sprints on the rower, as well as scaled weight and push-ups are modifications. Full workout brief to take place at the gym.
