Station One: Deadlift, 20 repetitions (135lb. / 85lb.)
Minute Two: Double Under, 50 repetitions (or 100 jumps)
Minute Three: 20 Dumbbell Push-Press (35lb. / 25lb.(
Minute Four: 200 or 300 meter run-sprint
Note: We are kicking off our training week on a classic station rotation workout. The rep’s and weight is at the “Brown Belt Level.” Scaling modifications will be discussed around the whiteboard.
