Kettlebell Snatch Instruction Day with Coach!
Following clinic on the Snatch,
On a 5:00 Running Clock,
One Arm Kettlebell Snatch, As Many Repetitions As Possible (53lb. / 35lb.)
Rest as needed then,
Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 10:00,
Add One Hang Power Clean (135lb. / 85lb.)
Note: The clinic on the Snatch will include instructions on the AMRAP evolution. This is a super challenging challenge that will test your strength, stamina, and endurance.
