CrossFit Pleasure Point would like to celebrate our Veterans during today.  If you are a Veteran or know a local Veteran we would welcome them to the gym today at either of the two normal classes or they can attend the Special 10AM Veteran’s Day WOD.

5 Individually Timed Sprint Rounds for Time

18 Deadlift (#95/65)

15 Hang Power Clean (#95/65)

12 Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65)

This is going to be a super forearm intensive workout.  Rest between rounds should be no more than 2 minutes.
