Reminder the CrossFit Amundson Epic Fitness Hike is this Saturday, April 13. We are meeting at the gym for a coffee social at 7:00 AM. The bus leaves promptly at 8:00 AM. There will be no open gym tomorrow. If you were not able to participate in the hike, please join us back at the gym at at approximately 5:00 PM for a Pizza Party!
