Hand Release Push-ups, 50 repetitions
Kettlebell Swing, 40 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Assault Bike, 30 calories (women 20)
Toes to Bar, 20 repetitions
Chest to Bar Pull-up, 10 repetitions
Run 800 meters

Note: We’ve been hitting lot of CAMP EMOM sessions, so it’s time for a Chipper. A great goal is to keep all the repetitions consecutive throughout the entire workout. How many athletes can transition from the Toes to Bar directly to the Pull-ups in a single set?
