“Games Prep Day!”
On an 18:00 clock (6 rounds each station)
Station 1 = Assault Bike, 12 calories (8 women)
Station 2 = Push Press, 9 repetitions (110lb. / 85lb.)
Station 3 = GI Jane (Burpee + Pull-up), 6 repetitions
Note: Today’s workout is intended to start the process of getting our athletes ready for the CrossFit Open. Make sure that you REGISTER for this fun and challenging 6 week competition. Scale the rep’s only when you absolutely have to. Athletes can pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation.
