Today we are offering our Athletes an additional two hours of gym from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity to make up a workout from the week or practice advanced CrossFit skills under the supervision of a Coach. From 12:00 to 1:00 PM, we are offering our very first ”Coaches Hour” with Coach Katherine “Kat” Weybright. The skill of the day will be the nuances of the Overhead Squat. We look forward to seeing you here! Remember that the skill you will learn during the “Coaches Hour” will be part of the workout on Monday!

This week we will be featuring several workouts from our “Sister Gym” Krav Maga Worldwide and CrossFit West LA. These workouts were programmed by a dear friend of ours named Tina Angelita. Tina is one of the most respected CrossFit Coaches in the Country and is also a high ranking Krav Maga practitioner. This year, we are excited to Tina as she plans on competing at the CrossFit Games.
Please be sure to purchase your Jump Ropes! Although we have ropes available at the gym, we encourage you to purchase and fit a rope to your hight and skill level. The Jump Rope is a piece of equipment that should be personalized to the Athlete. Any questions on which type of rope or where to purchase, please check with our Coaching Team.
