Five Rounds for Time:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push-Jerks

Level A (RX’ Advanced) = 155lb. / 105lb.
Level B (Solid Intermediate) = 135lb. / 85lb.
Level C (Intermediate – Beginner) = 95lb. / 65lb.

Note: Today’s Level A – C are meant to be guidelines when deciding weight. However, pick a weight today that works best for your level and overall confidence with the Olympic lifts. This is a super challenging session regardless of how much weight you select!
