On a 12:00 Running Clock (4 Rounds Each Station)
Minute One: Double Under
Minute Two: Kettlebell Swing
Minute Three: Toes to Bar
Note: Our famous Threshold Mash-up Training is absolutely awesome and is a potent training stimulus. The key is to push yourself as hard as possible during the initial “Test” of your maximum capacity. Speed rope or weighted rope single unders will be a modification today.
