“Functional Upper Body Strength Index Test”

Bench Press 5,3,1,1,1 Repetitions (Establish 1RM),,

Immediately following your 1RM Bench Press (no more then 10 seconds transition time from Bench to Pull-up!), complete one maximum repetition set of Pull-ups. Your Functional Upper Body Strength is the weight of your 1RM Bench Press multiplied by your max set of Pull-ups. Compare to February 24, 2014.

Rest as needed then,

Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) For 14:00 (7 Rounds)
Odd Minutes: 1 Power Clean and 3 Front Squats (Athlete Choice on Weight)
Even Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Snatches (Alternating Arms / Athlete Choice on Weight)
