Note: Rowing on the Concept II is a great substitution for the run. For our advanced Athlete’s, make your “Pistol” a one-legged squat with Kettlebell or dumbbell and make the push-up a handstand push-up. We’ll have plenty of great variations of the “Pistol” so come ready for a challenging workout.
