Three Individually Timed Sprints with Power Sled (50 Foot)
Rest as needed then,
One Minute “On” and One Minute “Off” At The Following Stations:
Aerodyne Bike (Maximum Calories at 60 – 80 RPM)
Three for One Burpee Pull-up
Note: This is an incredible workout. We have several new additions to our CAMP including the Aerodyne bikes and Power Sled. The “Three for One Burpee Pull-up” consists of one Burpee followed by three Pull-ups. This skill will be taught during the class. Inspired by the Mark Divine Warrior Yoga and Unbeatable Mind Seminar, our classes will now begin AND end with Warrior Yoga techniques. Get ready for a powerful week of training.

A very well earned congratulations to our friend Gray Maynard who will be fighting in the MAIN EVENT on November 30, 2013, at UFC 167. Gray is an incredible Athlete who embodies the mind, body and spirit of the warrior tradition. As Gray’s fight draws closer, we will be increasing our CAMP workouts.
