Note:  During today’s WOD, Athletes should evaluate the Deadlift weight and should scale up or down the weight accordingly.  The weight should for the Deadlift should be somewhere near their 50-60% max deadlift weight.  This will provide Athletes the capacity to maintain form for this level of volume and speed.
