Today we are going to refine our Concept II rowing technique. Powerful and efficient rowing technique is paramount as we move forward as a gym and individual Athletes. After several demonstrations and drills, we will perform four rounds of:
Row 500 Meters for Time
Note: You will have approximately four minutes of rest between rounds. Do your very best to stay within ten seconds of your first round attempt on consecutive rounds.
