Tabata Mash-up of Hollow Rock and Superman’s
Note: For the Tabata Mash-up, each Athlete will complete 20 seconds of a Hollow Rock, followed by 10 seconds rest, followed by 20 seconds of a Superman, followed by 20 seconds of Hollow Rock, etc. Each Athlete will rotate between skills 16 times, for a total of 8 isometric holds on each skill. Reminder the CrossFit Amundson Yoga and Mobility Class is tonight at our Krav Maga gym from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
