Concept 2 Row, 500 Meters (or run 400 Meters)

Note: Between rounds, rest as needed or continue to develop gymnastic skills relative to your CAMP rank goals and level. The “single mono structural modality” training days are extremely important – give 110% effort on their running or rowing efforts today.
