150 Kettle Bell Swings (#53/35)

At the top of each minute the athlete will complete 3 Burpees.

This will start at the beginning of the workout at minute 0.

There will be a 12 Minute time cap for today’s workout.

Athletes are encouraged to complete jump ropes with the remaining class time.

Next week the gym will be completing 5 staple workouts for the gym.  Athletes are encouraged to participate everyday as we will be retesting in 6 months to track our progress.

Each day will test a different stimulus.
