Today is kettlebell day! In preparation for the CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer Course at CrossFit Amundson on September 8 and 9, 2012, we are learning foundational kettlebell skills every Friday. Today we learn the one arm swing, half-rotation switch and the hand-to-hand switch.

Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable workout!

Reminder to all CrossFit Amundson Athlete’s that we have our gym breakfast today at the Cliff Cafe at the intersection of 41st Avenue and Portola Drive. Meet at the gym at 8:30 to walk over as a group.
