Power Clean, 3 repetitions (go heavy!)
Note: Treat each of these rounds and stations as all out efforts. A great goal on the C2 Row is sub 40 second split times for men and sub 50 second split’s for women combined with bodyweight Power Cleans for men and 3/4 for women. The Power Cleans rep’s must be “touch and go” for the set to count. Record each round as a fraction such as .35 / 185lb. (In this case the athlete rowed a .35 200 meter sprint and Power Cleaned 185lb. for 3 rep’s). Compare today’s score to October 2, 2020.
