Note: Use a weight for the Barbell Clean and Jerk you can perform 10 consecutive repetitions with. The goal is to move from station to station, with consecutively performed repetitions at each station. Just like yesterdays workout, this is old school programming and should be hit fast and hard. In 2003, the prescribed men’s weight for this workout was 95lb.
