Rest as needed then,

Three Rounds for Time:
Thruster, 15 Repetitions (95lb. / 65lb.)
Burpee, 12 Repetitions

Note: Use a rack for the 1RM Thruster. How many people can achieve a Bodyweight Thruster (Men) or 3/4 Bodyweight (Women) and then Rx’ the metabolic session in 5:00 or less?
