Happy Valentine’s Day!
For today’s Workout we will be completing a partner WOD.
This is a slight variation to one of the gym’s favorite Workouts.
4 Rounds for Total Reps
3 min on – 3 min rest
On a 3 minute clock athlete A will complete 25 burpees and then with the remaining time will complete as many reps as possible of Bench Press.
25 Burpees, then:
AMRAP Bench Press – 135/85
Traditionally this workout is completed with a 400m run, in today’s workout the Burpees have replaced the run and athletes should try to finish the Burpees within 90 seconds.
