Station One = “Cindy”
Station Two = Assault Bike (15 / 12 calories)
Station Three = 300 meter sprint
Station Four = Kettlebell Swing, 21 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Station Five = Rest Station (try to maintain nostril breathing)
Note: Athletes can pick their start station (except rest!) but must honor the order of rotation. These are meant to be super challenging stations that might take up to 50 seconds to complete.
