20:00 Minute Every Other Minute On the Minute (EOMOM)

Odd Minutes – 3 Power Cleans (go heavy)

Even Minutes – 1 Round of Cindy; 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats

During this session athletes will have ample time to warm up their Power Cleans prior to the start of the workout.

Find a weight you can string 3 power cleans without dropping the bar.  During the workout athlete should take the time to complete the power cleans as singles with perfect form.
