Note: Partition the skills as needed. Skills can be completed in any order, similar to the completion of “Cindy”, allowing the Athlete to decide on their strategy for moving through the workout.  Todays workout is in preparation for “Murph” which consists of 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, followed by another 1 Mile Run. The workout “Murph” will take place on Monday, May 26, 2014, during our Memorial Day Murph BBQ and Throwdown.

Jim sets the 1K Rowing Record!

Congratulations to Jim for setting the 1K Rowing Record for the 2nd time in 1 year! This incredible 1K record was set less than 10 minutes AFTER Jim completed Monday’s barbell workout.

Join us this morning from 8:30 to 9:30 AM for the CrossFit Pleasure Point Yoga and Mobility Class. The Gymnastics Class meets from 1:30 to 2:30 PM and our Krav Maga class meets from 7:15 to 8:00 PM.
