Buy-in – 400m run,

21 Deadlifts 95/65

15 Front Squats 95/65

9 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65

Cash-out 400m run

In this session the goal will be to complete the three movements without putting the bar down between movements.  If needed take a short rest prior to resuming the Deadlifts for the next set.  As always scale the weight as necessary.  This would be a good one to go heavier if your front squats and shoulder press will allow.
