It’s Kettlebell Friday!

Today we are going to learn the one-arm-swing and the half-rotation-switch. Then we’ll complete a challenging variation of the classic CrossFit triplet “Helen”.

3 Rounds for Time Of:
Run 400 Meters
12 One Arm Swings on the Left than Right Arm (with one half-rotation switch)
12 Pullups
