20 Minute Every Other Minute On The Minute

Odd Minutes – 1 Round of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats)

Even Minutes – Assault Bike Calories (6-12 Calories)

Athletes will evaluate the amount of calories they will perform for each round and maintain that amount throughout the workout.  Athletes should select an amount of calories that will be challenging through the 10 rounds of Assault Bike Calories but will allow approximately 20 seconds of rest / transition time between rounds.
