CAMP Training Session (CrossFit Amundson Maximum Performance)
Complete Five Rounds:
On a 2:00 Running Clock,
Complete Two Rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull-up, 10 Push-up, 15 Squat)
Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible
2 Minutes Rest between Rounds.
CrossFit Amundson is excited to announce a new addition to our programming called the “Competition Programming.”
Those looking to challenge themselves will have the opportunity to complete our workouts using this Competition Programming.
These movements will be for advanced athletes and those looking to add weight to our Olympic lifts.
This will be designated by a (CP). For today’s WOD, those wanting to participate in this more challenging programming will complete the Cindy Movements using the following movements.
5 Chest to bar pullups – 10 Hand Release Pushups – 15 Pistols (CP)
Once those have been completed the athletes will move on to the Double Unders.
Note: On todays session, your “Score” each round is the total number of Double Under repetitions achieved (or single jumps). Rest up to 2:00 between rounds.
Compare today’s effort with your previous efforts on May 5th, 2022 and February 22nd, 2022.
