Tabata Mash-up of Kettlebell Swing and Pull-Up

Note: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is a total of 8 minutes. 20 seconds of maximum repetition Kettlebell Swing, 10 seconds rest, then 20 seconds maximum repetition Pull-Up. Weight to be determined during class. This is an excellent Tabata Mash-up to help prepare for the workout “Helen”.
