Note: This is an amazing session for stamina, endurance and cardiovascular health. Concept 2 Rowing of equal distance will be a modification for this workout.
Joey is Athlete of The Week
Congratulations to Joey on being recognized as Athlete of The Week at CrossFit Amundson. Joey is an extremely gifted Athlete, with extensive background in Martial Arts. Joey has been part of the recent Phase A Krav Maga class, where his training and experience in Krav Maga has been awesome to observe. During the 30 Day Challenge in May, Joey nearly reached 50 classes, many times attending three to four classes in the same day! Joey is a “Multi Athlete” and attends Yoga, Light, CAMP, Krav Maga and CrossFit classes, as well as participating in outdoor fitness activities. Joey’s long term goal is to serve in our community as a Firefighter. Congratulations Joey on all your success, both inside and outside the gym!
