Note: The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Rest 1:00 between exercises. Athletes can pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation. Keep a running total of each station to be recorded on the whiteboard.

Please note our modified schedule. Coach will be teaching a Law Enforcement seminar in San Diego on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is no Bag Class, Yoga or Krav Maga this week.
Wednesday = The 8AM and 5PM Classes are Cancelled.
Friday = Wendler Strength (8:00 AM) and Olympic Lifting (5:00 PM)
Saturday = 10AM Workout with Coach
