Note: Athletes can choose 4 or more categories to complete during todays session. Athletes can rotate through todays Diagnostic Test in any order they want, but must complete the entire category before moving to another. For example, an Athlete starting at the PUSH category must complete both the Bench Press and Shoulder Press before moving to another category. Rest up to 3:00 between categories and category-stations. Data will be collected from each skill to help access the current capacity across Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level I, and help set training goals for the Rank Level 2 Test in July. A full explanation of each testing category and standard for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced will be included in the workout brief. Come give your best effort and start to prepare for your Level 2 Test!
