On July 14, 2012, Greg Amundson taught a segment of the CrossFit Goal Setting Trainer Course in an outdoor venue at the CrossFit Games. Greg discussed the importance of the pursuit of virtuosity in CrossFit movements. Greg explained that in CrossFit, virtuosity means, “Doing the common, uncommonly well.” By focusing on the mechanics of CrossFit, we forge a foundation in athleticism that elite fitness can be built upon. The perscription is Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.
