Twenty Seconds “On” followed by Ten Seconds “Off” at the following stations:

Pull-up
Rest 2:00
P-Bar Push-up (or Hand on Bumper Plate)
Rest 2:00
Squat

Note: Today we have an 8AM and 4PM workout at HQ. The 4PM will also be offered on Zoom. Athletes can pick their “start station” but must honor the order of rotation. Keep a running total at each station. Ideally the Push-up range of motion is “deficit” to encourage maximum strength and muscle endurance.
