Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, maximum repetitions (14 to 20lb.)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, maximum repetitions (55lb. to 75lb.)
Box Jump, maximum repetitions (20lb. to 24 inches)
Push-press, maximum repetitions (55lb. to 75lb.)
Row or Assault Bike, maximum calories
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the Athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower or Assault Bike where each calorie is one point. Keep a running score on this workout and report total score during the one-minute break. This is an awesome workout. Top male and female scores will win a new “STRONGER” tank-top and bragging rights.
