Snatch progressions, technique and drills. Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) workout.


Weekly Challenge

Our “Weekly Challenge” this week is as many consecutive Double Under repetitions as possible. There is no time limit on this challenge. Numerous attempts throughout the week are encouraged. Athletes willing to accept the challenge will have until the following Sunday to complete the evolution. All Challenges must be completed under the observation of a CrossFit Amundson Coach or Open Gym Supervisor. Post results of the Challenge on the HQ whiteboard.


Be sure to review the new Programs offered at our gym. We have added over 15 hours of specialized classes to our schedule, including Kids, Light, Women’s, Barbell, WaterWOD, Olympic, Krav Maga, and Clinic. We now offer four Olympic Lifting Classes a week.
