50 Hand Release Push-ups

Note: Today’s session is a slightly modified version of the CrossFit Hero Workout “RJ” – and it’s a good one! We are going to put our two new Rope Climb stations to use today! There will be a 30 minute time cap on todays session, and Rope Climb modifications will be taught in each class.
