Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
Run 800 Meters
50 Pull-ups
Run 800 Meters
50 Burpees

Note: This is a modified version of the CrossFit Hero WOD “Glen”. This is still a very demanding WOD and will be scaled to each Athletes individual ability. Come ready for a real challenge! Greg Amundson and the CrossFit Amundson Trainers will be completing “Glen” as Rx’d during the 9:00 AM Advanced Class. All Athletes are welcome to attend this class. However, modifications and scaling will be kept to a minimum, and a dip in the ocean is part of the challenge!
