Rest as needed then,
“Grace” (30 repetitions ground to overhead; 135lb. / 85lb.)
Note: On the Tabata Mash-up, athletes will perform 8 rounds of the interval on the Assault Bike followed by 8 rounds on the ERG, or visa versa. On this part of the workout, “every calories counts.” Athletes can maintain flywheel movement during the 10 second rest periods. There is a 2:00 rest between the stations.
