On a 20:00 clock (10 rounds each station)

Station One = “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
Station Two = “Isabel” or “Grace” (see note below)

Note: Athletes choice today on their barbell station. “Grace” is 5 reps of Clean and Jerk with RX load of 135lb. or 85lb. “Isabel” is 5 reps of Snatch with RX load of 95lb. or 65lb. Either way, it’s a great session!
