Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible (score)
Rest as needed then,
Tempo Bench Press, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (use a 5RM load, 5 second tempo)
Note: On the AMRAP, your “score” is the total number of double under repetitions achieved each round. Before entering into the scoring station, athletes must first complete two rounds of “Cindy” which consists of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, and 15 Squats. Modifications “up and down” will be discussed in class. This is a great end of week session!
