Please join us from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM today for Open Gym Saturday. There will be TWO formal group workouts tomorrow. The first workout will start at 10:00 AM and will be free to the public and appropriate for all skill levels. The second session will begin at approximately 11:30 AM and is only for members of CrossFit Amundson. Open gym will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM with supervision from our Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity to work on skills and the accomplishment of your goals.
We like to brand our “Outdoor Workouts” as Endurance Workouts. CrossFit Amundson hosts a weekly Endurance workout lead by Greg Amundson. The Endurance workouts involve running on trails and the beach, as well as swimming in both the ocean and the University of California at Santa Cruz main pool and Simpkins Swim Center, and Stand-Up-Paddling (SUP) at the Santa Cruz Harbor and Capitola Main Beach. The Endurance Workout is on Tuesdays from 1:30 to approximately 3:00 PM. Transportation to the workout location is provided by the EPIC Fitness Van. Space is limited in these workouts to 11 Athletes.
