50 Pullups

50 Walking Lunges (25 per leg) done along 200m run route

50 KB Swings 35/26

50 Toes To Bar

50 Shoulder To Overhead 35/26 DB/KB

50 Wallballs 20/16

50 Burpees

Athletes must complete the station prior to moving to the next station.

Athletes can choose their starting station but should honor the rotation.

There will be a 35:00 time cap for this workout.

This is going to be a GOOD ONE!!!
