Complete 3 rounds of the following:

On a 5:00 clock, run 400 Meters immediately followed by:

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of,
5 Deadlifts
10 Burpees

Note: The clock starts the moment the run begins. Rest up to 5:00 between each round. Mens prescribed weight is up to 225lb. and women’s 155lb. Set a personal goal to keep your 400 meter split time to 1:45 or less and your AMRAP to 45 Repetitions or 3 rounds. The last time this super challenging workout was completed in our gym was June 12, 2014.
