Kettlebell Swing, 15 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb)
Toes to Rar, 9 Repetitions
Rest as needed then,
Deadlift, 3,3,3,3,3 Repetitions (5 second tempo descent)
Note: A great goal on the ARMAP is 3 or more rounds (averaging 3 minutes a round Rx’d) and bodyweight on the Deadlift. This is a burner and an undercover grip strength workout!
